What do I mean by Watershed Perspectives?

What I’m calling Watershed Perspectives are (relatively recent) research models that can be used daily as lenses to improve thinking, learning and communicating.

The first model I’ll explore in action is Derek Cabrera’s DSRP-483 Theory. After developing a working set of examples on this model, I’ll use DSRP-483 on an ecosystem of models that I use everyday.

In my explorations I’ll try to describe and explain how using these models increased my understanding and adaptability.

All of my pieces here are grounded in real world examples. Since my work has centered in public education, a lot of the examples are from my field experiences.

The names of students and other details used in examples have been changed. Furthermore, no explorations come from anyone I’m working with currently.
